Make your payment via our website. Please check carefully that you have entered the correct information including your delivery address.
Receive your tracking information via e-mail within 1 - 5 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within to 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. These processing times can be exceeded in case of too high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next business day.
Tracking

Live Tracking is available on all orders once they have been dispatched.

All tracking instructions will be emailed to you within 1 - 5 days of placing your order. This will allow you to view the live track process of your parcel(s).

If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, and your live tracking is not updating , please contact us at support@flockcorpa.com with your name and order number, so we can further assist you.

Delivery Times.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

We aim to deliver your parcels within 7 business working days. However, the maximum time for a parcel to be delivered is 16 business working days, not including the processing time. Processing time takes between 1 and 5 business working days. I
n some rare cases, parcels may take longer due to various delivery delayed reasons. Your live tracking feature will keep you updated every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Pre-order Phase

When products are available for pre-order, they will be shipped according to the date range specified on the product page. Until then, we are unable to fulfil and ship these orders. Pre-ordering secures your item in advance and guarantees that you will be among the first to receive it once shipping starts.
