Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​Can I return my item(s)?​

You can return your item(s) without reason within 14 days of receiving your parcel, as long as they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any safety seals are not removed, labels are undamaged, and the state of the returned package does not affect the next sale, as listed below.

You must return the item(s) with the Free Return label to any designated return point within 15 days of receiving your order. The free returned label will no longer be valid after 15 days. The sooner you complete the return, the sooner you get the refund.

​How do I return my item(s)?

If you would like to return your item(s), you must email us straight away at support@flockcorpa.com with a subject field, (Return Items + your Order Number and Full Name). Once this has been done we expect you to post your item(s) with the free returns label that we provide to you upon replying to your E-mail. Once this has been done and your item(s) have been received and inspected, we can then start the refund process.

Read the following text carefully, as these are the requirements needed in order for your inspection to pass for a full refund:

Items must be received less than 15 days from receiving your parcel(s)

Item(s) must be put back in its full original, undamaged packaging.

Items must come back with all protection (if they originally had).

Items must come back with the airbags (if they originally had one).

Items must come back with any free gifts (if they originally had one).

Items must have original tags still attached.

Items must not have any hygienic concerns, such as dirt or stains.

Items must not be damaged or incomplete.

Your free return label lasts 15 days after it has been received. If failure to meet these requirements, our company has the legal right to reject your refund request.
Pay attention! If the 15 days have expired you can no longer return the order.

​Can I make an exchange instead of a return?
We do not support exchanges at this time, however, you can make a new order before or after you have received your refund since the new and last order will be independent processes.

How many items can I return for free?
​
If you have multiple items that you would like to return, it is best to send them all inside one package, using the free returns label provided to you. The first return is free. If you initiate multiple returns for an order, you'll need to pay for return shipping

​​Refund Process

A refund will be sent back to the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s). Refunds will be issued as soon as your returned items have been inspected by our suppliers. Once the refund process has started, your money will be returned to your account within 5 - 10 business days, depending on the payment method you used to purchase your item(s).

​​Refund on sale items

At our store, we believe in customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a full refund on all sale items, ensuring you have same rights to a refund as you do on non-sale items. Shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases protected. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Where do I receive my refund?

Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not support exchanges.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order
​
​​Unshipped orders are cancellable by contacting Customer Support. If you have placed your order and decided that you no longer want the items, you must contact us immediately. Processing time takes 1 - 5 days, so we need to cancel the order before the order has been dispatched from the warehouse. If parcel(s) have left our supplier's warehouse then you must wait for your items to be delivered and returned back to us, following the policy above (How do I return my items(s)?). You can usually tell if the order has been dispatched because you will receive a tracking number at a dispatched point.

My items are damaged

If your items are damaged, please send 5 photos of the damage to support@flockcorpa.com with the subject field (Damaged Items) + your order number. We can then open a dispute with our suppliers and start the return and refund process.​​

I entered the wrong delivery address on my order form.
​​
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address on your order form, you need to contact us immediately so we can contact the suppliers before your order is dispatched. Processing time takes 1 - 5 working days. It is impossible to change the delivery address once the item(s) have been sent. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so we advise you to double-check your address before purchasing on our site.
